RAW 2010 – Call to Venues / Businesses

Deadline to apply: July 1st, 2010

Ravenswood ArtWalk primarily takes place on the east and west sides of Ravenswood Avenue, from Grace Street on the south to Leland Avenue on the north with other venues within walking distance. The dates are Saturday, Oct 2nd & Sunday, Oct. 3rd from 11:00am to 5:00pm.

Who can apply?

Venues and Businesses within and outside these boundaries are welcome to apply.

Requirements:

  • All Venues and Businesses must fill out the Application Form and submit payment online. No registration form will be processed unless payment is submitted thru PayPal or by check.
    Registration and payments must be submitted by July 1st. NO Late Entries after the July 1st deadline are permitted.
  • All participating Venues and Businesses are encouraged to provide a URL of their website. If a Venue/Business does not have a website, we will publish an email address so visitors to our site may contact you directly.
  • All Venues must be open on Friday, Oct 1st for artists to install their artwork and keep their doors open until artists have removed their artwork on Sunday, Oct 3rd after 5pm.

What Venues/Businesses will receive:

  • On the RAW website, each Venue/Business will be listed in alphabetical order by business name with a link to the Venue/Business website. This will remain on the RAW website for one full year.
  • Each Venue/Business will have their Business name and display location listed on the RAW program map.
    Venues/Businesses will receive 50 RAW 2010 postcards to mail / distribute.
  • 10 RAW posters.
  • 50 RAW brochures.
  • Venue Sign.
  • The opportunity to be a part of a wonderful neighborhood event.
  • Exposure to 3K+ attendees.

FEES:

  • $50 - If paid April 1st thru July 1st
  • Pay by PayPal

    • The fees shown above are for one Venue/Business.
    • All application fees are non-refundable.
    • Fees cover the RAW costs for printing, advertising, promotion, etc. All RAW 2010 staff including the Board of Directors are volunteers.
