ArtWalk 2011 Application
We’re glad that you’re interested in participating in Ravenswood ArtWalk 2011. It’s our tenth anniversary, and is going to be the best ever!
Here’s some important information about this year’s event.
- Ravenswood Artwalk will occur on Saturday, October 1 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday October 2, 2011 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. A schedule of times for other events will be published as the ArtWalk weekend nears.
- There is a fee to participate, which helps reduce our operating costs and allows us to continue the ArtWalk each year.
- This application must be completed and payment made no later than July 15, 2011 or your application cannot be processed.
- Payment must be made by credit card or PayPal; we no longer accept checks.
RAW 2011 Registration Fees
Independent Artists and Performance Groups (Picasso, The Beatles):
$50.00 until June 15
Independent Artists and Performance Groups with a group or art building affiliation (this will be calculated in the application):
$30.00 until June 15
Non-Art Businesses (Example: Cafe 28, Yoga Studio):
$50.00 until June 15
Note: After June 15, the registration fee will increase to $75 for all applicants.
Final Deadline for all entries is July 31, 2011 at 11:59 pm.
What will you get for your application fee?
- Six months of marketing: your name in print on our postcards, maps, and on the awesome poster we’re going to unveil real soon
- Stacks of the beautiful printed materials that we just mentioned, for you to share
- 2 tickets to our Artists Reception, with drinks, food and music
- A permanent profile on the ravenswoodartwalk.org website, visited by thousands of visitors each month
- A steady stream of hundreds or thousands of art-loving visitors visiting our neighborhood, looking to purchase work
- You’ll feel really good that are a part of the immense talent in Ravenswood… and helped ensure we can do this again in 2012!
